The prices shown are per apartment and night based on occupancy by 2 persons.
The local tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to €1.80 per night and person aged 14 and over, payable on site.
We charge a surcharge for short stays of less than four nights.
We will be happy to provide you with information about surcharges for additional persons and discounts for children upon request.
Check-in/Check-out
On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from around 3:00 p.m.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your apartment by 09:30 a.m.
Please let us know if you will be arriving after 6:00 p.m. so that we can welcome you personally.
Holidays with your dog
We love animals – but out of consideration for allergy sufferers, we are unfortunately unable to accept pets.
Smoking
Outdoors is fine – indoors, the fresh mountain air remains available for everyone.
Deposit
To confirm your reservation, we kindly request that you transfer the deposit specified by us within 7 days.
Payment
You can conveniently pay for your stay in cash, by credit card (Mastercard, Bancomat, Visa) or by bank transfer.

Cancellation conditions
Sometimes things turn out differently than you had thought – we understand that, of course.
Should you need to cancel your holiday, the following conditions apply:
- Up to 59 days before arrival: The deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee
- 21 to 1 day before arrival: 70% of the total amount will be charged
- In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total amount will be charged
Holiday cancellation insurance:
Unexpected events can always happen. In this case, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
